Epic Cookies

I finally did it.  It was epic because it took about 10 hours throughout 3 days.  I hope the damn things aren't stale.  Tomorrow I'll vacuum-pack and send them to Lance Criminal, then I'm going to make apple jelly (cooked and strained them yesterday.)  I'm off work until next Tuesday, so I'm pretending to be a domestic goddess.
