I had been a pack a day smoker for over a decade. They put surgical staples in your ears. When you have a craving you push on them and you're so nauseous you don't want to smoke. You need to develop a new routine. Example... instead of lighting up right after dinner, go for a walk. Or take a hot shower. Do some yoga. Drink some water and have a piece of fruit. Replace the act of smoking with something that's easy to keep doing without guilt.

:::uploading as much strength as I can:::Amihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08353667980806676067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3697201505856242009.post-22547423735116076532012-01-16T14:35:55.698-08:002012-01-16T14:35:55.698-08:00I'm so sorry - that should have said giving UP...I'm so sorry - that should have said giving UP that merde.

JanieJanie Junebughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10573607241326291404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3697201505856242009.post-57528370507123068462012-01-16T14:34:46.889-08:002012-01-16T14:34:46.889-08:00My daughter speaks French, and I don't think t...My daughter speaks French, and I don't think that was French. It was as English as it could be. We need to learn some real curse words in French so we can use them and honestly say, Pardon my French. The only thing I know is merde (shit).
